A mix of experience and new ideas works at the Exchange. From merchandise planning to information technology, logistics, contracting and purchasing, our headquarters is driving the Exchange forward. Retail operations are the heart of the Exchange. We rely on our managers' business knowledge and leadership skills to deliver great customer service. Whether a manager's path starts in a trainee program or in the store, that path can lead to positions as high as the senior executive level.
Management Trainee positions are posted internally and externally. Interested applicants should submit their application and must meet the requirements listed in the job posting. Upon successful completion of the program, the associate will be placed in a permanent full-time position at one of our Exchanges worldwide.

This paid internship program enables college students to gain valuable work experience while pursuing their degree. Internships are available at headquarters and at various Exchange locations, and are offered during the fall, spring and summer semesters.
