Welcome to the Spangdahlem Consolidated Exchange (SCE)
website. Spangdahlem and Bitburg are the core facilities for SCE, which also includes
Belgium, Holland and small facilities throughout Northwestern Germany, and is the location
of the General Management Office. In addition to supporting the Active Duty military and
their families in the units above, support is also provided for the ambassadors, their
families and staff for the embassies of Belgium, France, NATO Headquarters, and the
European Economic Community contingent. General information on the facilities and
