Concession Projects:
New family hair care (Barber/Beauty Shop) has recently been renovated to meet corporate standards. Unique Gifts Concession has been relocated and renovated inside the concession mall, along with Monica’s Choice and Polish Pottery. A New Car Sales/SIXT rentals was relocated into the entrance of the Bitburg Shoppette. Project cost $85,000

Food Court:  
Food Court has recently been renovated adding additional dining area. This included additional tables and seating, improving the dining experience by making it less congested and less noisy than in the past. Project cost $75,000

Castle Theater:  
Renovation of the Bitburg Castle Theater, Real Time Express (food stand). Scheduled in March 2006. Project cost $15,000
