Secondly AAFES generate earnings in support of the Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) to improve quality of life programs on your military installations. If at any time during your visits in one of our AAFES facilities, you should want to address any comments and/or observations regarding the services rendered or availability of our products, please do not hesitate to use the AAFES online customer comment program or use the customer comment box located by the entrance of our facilities. Yet, the best and quickest way to resolve any issues in our facilities is to simply contact the manager on duty. Our goal within the Italy/Garmisch Consolidated Exchange is constantly to strive to exceed our customers’ expectations and actively engage the highest levels of service. Given the geographic location and distances between Vicenza, Aviano, Livorno, Ghedi and Garmisch, we offer a shuttle program. If there are items that you cannot locate or that are not normally carried at your closest facility, then we can assist you with our shuttle program between the five stores. Otherwise, you can click on www.aafes.com and find a variety of products at the exchange Mall. Your Exchange operates on funds generated from sales and services; not on TAX DOLLARS. Your patronage has generated $1,003,880 in FY06 in contributions from the Italy/Garmisch Consolidated Exchange to your MWR dividends.
