EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS (EAP)

The EAP is a counseling program that offers assessment, short term counseling and referral for US dollar paid employees and their eligible dependents, and consultation to supervisors or employee problems. These services are provided by a behavioral health care organization to help employees and their dependents successfully deal with life’s problems (stress, depression, relationships, alcohol and drugs).
