An Oasis in the desert, the Luke Exchange offers modern facilities and plenty of shopping opportunities to meet the needs of its diverse customer base. Additionally, the Exchange is one of the largest employers of military family members, providing a safe, secure environment, and for some military dependents, is close to home.

Employment preference is given to qualified spouses of active duty military members, to veterans that meet specific eligibility conditions and to eligible former AAFES associates.

The Luke Exchange serves more than 16,003 military members and their families; as well as over 64,730 military retirees and their dependents from all branches of the military.

The Main Exchange complex houses a mall and a Food Court which includes five food concepts, ranging from pizza and sandwiches to hot dogs and gourmet coffee.

The specialty shops in the mall includes a Southwest Gift Shop, Beauty Shop, Barber Shop, Optical Shop, Flower Shop, Sprint PCS phone shop. GNC and Optometry.

The Theater, Military Clothing Sales Store (MCSS), and the Shoppette / Class Six are conveniently located within walking distance of the Main Store Complex and Commissary. The Service Station is located within a 1/2 mile of the Luke AFB North Gate.

The exchange contribution to MWR was $532,000.

The Luke Exchange is the Military Family Store, home of southwestern hospitality for the Thunderbolt Family.
