• At the Welcome Center - Waller Hall, newly opened Subway, open 7 days a week – Mon. to Fri. (0700 to 1700) & Sat. to Sun. (1000 to1700). Renovation of Starbucks is scheduled for Fall 2008, 7 days a week - Mon to Fri (0630 to 1700) & Sat to Sun (0700 to 1700).
   
• Subway, Madigan Army Medical Center under construction. Opening, July 22, 2008.
   
• Renovation for our Main Burger King is on-going, schedule completion end of July 2008.
   
• Lewis Minimall, Sushi now opened Taco Bell anticipated opening Spring 2009.
   
• Expansion for the North Fort Shoppette is been approved. Additional 8,000 feet will be added. We will also add Name Brand Fast Food Pizza Delivery and a Car Rental by fall 2008. Furthermore, an additional 1,000 sq. feet will be added to the food court to accommodate Taco Bell, this will occur by 2010.
   
• Name Brand Pizza Delivery to be added Fall of 2008. Adding storage services with PODS – Portable On Demand Storage, during the first quarter of 2009.
   
• Carey Theater upgrade of Dolby Digital Sound.
   
• In addition to all of these, we are currently working to develop and build a Lifestyle Center around and south of the PX. The center is intended to contain over 550,000 square feet of entertainment/retail space including your AAFES favorites and a selection of additional retailers. We are working to include a first run movie theatre as well as some other entertainment venues. A new and larger food court and a group of sit-down casual dining restaurants are also planned. Look for construction to begin in 2010 with grand opening planned for 2012.
