Renovation and expansion will start on the MCSS/Furniture Store, which will increase sales area space to increase current stock assortment. This will take place Fall of 2006.

In the Fall of 2006, a renovation will start on the current Popeye’s Chicken, Taco Bell and Einstein Bagel Facility which will expand facility to accommodate a Coffee Shop and Manchu Wok will replace Popeye’s Chicken.

The Service Station on Langford Lake Road will be getting an upgrade with new gas dispensers that will accept credit cards at the pumps in the Fall of 2006.

Another project to commence in the Fall of 2006 is an upgrade to the Theater snack stand.

In the Fall of 2006, a reset will start on an upgrade to the 24 hour Shoppette to add more registers and check stands for faster checkout for customers and sales area space to expand stock assortment.

The new Popeye’s Chicken and Burger King Dual Facility with Drive thru will be completed this Winter of 2006.
