We’ve opened a full service “Starbucks” in the food court in Dec 2006. More recently we opened a Game Stop Location in the BX on July 9, 2009.
Our SHOPPING CENTER opened June 2005. 186,000 sf of enclosed mall with a 1,000 sf retail store, almost 4 times the size of the old store. This facility along with the adjacent new CAR CARE brings one stop shopping to Davis Monthan AFB, everything is under one roof i.e. BX, MCSS, Food Court, Furniture and Outdoor Living merchandise.
CAR CARE CENTER/SHOPPETTE/CLASS SIX. Opened in Sep. 02. Combining Convenience Store, Automotive Service, Gas Dispensing, and Class Six operations in one building. Conveniently located adjacent to the New Shopping Center.
