Ft. Carson AAFES facilities are part of the Colorado Springs Consolidated Exchange which consists of the Air Force Academy, Ft. Carson, Peterson AFB, Schriever AFB and Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station. Ft. Carson is located just south of Colorado Springs at the base of the Rocky Mountains, and has numerous facilities that provide its customers with various goods and services. We are proud to serve the men and women of the armed forces stationed at Ft. Carson, "The Mountain Post".

Shopping Facilities:

Ft. Carson's newest shopping facility opened on 28 November 1997 and is the largest exchange in the Colorado Springs area offering104,000 square feet of shopping. This facility is open Monday-Saturday 0800-2100 and Sunday 0900-2100. This complex has a mall setting which includes a Food Court and many services facilities. The Food Court offers Anthony's Pizza, Taco John's, Charley's Steakery, Burger King and Robin Hood Sandwiches. Services include a Barber Shop, Beauty Shop, Flower Shop, Vision Center and Optometry Shop, Sprint PCS, GNC, Harley Davidson Retail Store and a variety of vendors selling gift items.

Conveniently located directly across the street from the main store complex is the Mini Mall, building 1510. The Mini Mall offers Military Clothing Sales Store, Furniture & Sporting Goods Store, CZEE Internet Zone, Alterations, Dry Cleaning, Laundromat, Enterprise Car Rental, Glad’s Original BBQ Express, Enterprise Car Rental and a UPS Store. Some of the services UPS offers are faxing, mailing packages, printing services, passport photos, money orders, rubber stamps and notary.

Besides the several food facilities located at the Food Court, AAFES also offers a variety of other food facilities on Ft. Carson; Kentucky Fried Chicken, (3) Burger Kings, Godfather's Pizza, Blimpies, Wild Bill’s Buffalo Wings and Irma’s Place.

Shoppettes/Class Six:

AAFES has several Shoppette and Troops Stores located around Ft. Carson, Housing Shoppette, Gate 20 Shoppette, B Street Shoppette, Ivy Troop Store, Buttsfield Shoppette, a Main Class Six Store and a Car Care Center.
