Car Care Center/ Class Six/ Shoppette with Gas
This $5.8M project will be constructed on the existing Service Station site and will replace the 1950’s building with a modern facility that will include a car wash. AAFES will vacate the old Service Station in April 2008, the installation will demolished the building in May and construction will begin in June 2008. Grand Opening is projected for June 2009.

MCSS
This facility will receive an image upgrade and facelift in the very near future. Project calls for new fixtures and signing.

Housing Shoppette
Currently, the facility is undergoing a facelift that includes new fixtures, an expanded Snack Avenue and the installation of a vending machine video rental. Departments are being arranged to make shopping easier.
