| Rich in history and tradition, Carlisle is the home of the Army War
College which prepares selected senior Army officers for 21st century
challenges in high-level operational and strategic leadership roles. The
Carlisle Exchange supports the Carlisle Barracks and outlying
communities in beautiful central Pennsylvania. Carlisle Bks Exchange
includes remote sites at Fort Indiantown Gap, DDC New Cumberland,
Middletown ANG and Letterkenny. The Main Store is centrally located near the Commissary, Credit Union and Class Six Store in bldg. 884. It stocks shoes, clothing, electronics, music, health & beauty care items, housewares, sporting goods, stationary, hardware, automotive supplies, toys, outdoor living items and some basic uniform accessories. The phone number is 717-243-2463. The Mall features Anthony's Pizza, Optical Shop, Barber Shop, and a Subway. The laundry/ dry cleaning service is located right across the parking lot in bldg. 842. The Class Six Store is located right next door to the Main Store and features a wide variety of spirits, wine and beer. Inside the War College, we operate a bookstore that sells a large variety of books and periodicals as well as stationary, gift items and snacks for students. The Reynolds Theater shows movies each Friday and Saturday nights with occasional Saturday matinees offered thoughout the year. If you are looking for employment visit our web page.
