| The Ellsworth AFB Exchange plays an active roll as part of the
Ellsworth AFB Community. Every purchase made at an AAFES facility helps to
build the Ellsworth Community. Our mission is to provide quality customer
service and generate reasonable earnings to support the installation MWR/Services
programs. This past year Ellsworth AFB Community received $351,970 to
support the Services Programs. The Main BX was renovated and upgraded in the summer of 2008; and the Food Court was upgraded in February of 2009 with a complete renovation of Anthony’s Pizza; as well as the addition of Charley’s Grilled Subs. In the summer of 2009, the public restrooms will be remodeled, new gas dispensers will be installed at the Shoppette, and exterior signing will be updated for all facilities. Then in late 2009 or in early 2010 a Gun Shop will be added to the BX Four Seasons Store. Our staff is constantly evaluating and adjusting our stock assortments to provide you with best selections. Our price surveyor monitors hundreds of key items to strive to offer you the best price. In the event you should see the same item at a better price in town, our Best Price Program will meet their price and as always you will save the sales tax at your BX. We strive hard to be more than just a bunch of stores. We are always looking for ways to help our community. AAFES is a major contributor in supporting the Installation Quarterly Awards Program and Command sponsored events. We work closely with the Ellsworth Services Squadron in joint promotional events allowing for more festive and entertaining events for the entire Ellsworth community. We appreciate your supporting the Ellsworth AFB Community by shopping our stores. We also provide service to our South Dakota National Guard with a store at Camp Rapid in Rapid City, SD.
