The Retail manager training program is
12 weeks long. The training program requires successful on-the-job performance as well as
take-home study material, verbal and written tests, special projects and regulations to
become familiar with. When an applicant successfully completes the training, he/she
receives his/her first assignment, which can be at any Army & Air Force installation.
First assignments are in the U.S. As an AAFES Retail Manager, you'll be expected to
operate a fast-paced, retail facility.
$33,000 annual gross salary.

POSITION LOCATION: Worldwide.
Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in Business
Management or Marketing. Must be CUSTOMER SERVICE
ORIENTED, have the ability to lead by example, strong
leadership skills, high energy level, sound communication and interpersonal skills and
personal adaptability to respond to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Some retail
experience strongly preferred. MUST be a United States citizen and WILLING TO RELOCATE WORLDWIDE.
