AAFES Retail Manager

As a Retail Manager you will be responsible for planning, managing, and/or directing the operation of a store to include sales promotion and store layout. Establishing operational and financial goals to insure maximum earnings. Will maintain and enhance total customer service and satisfaction and supervise assigned associates. Will assume other related responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing or related fields is highly desired. Minimum of 2 years retail experience is required of which 1 year must be in retail management. Must be CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED, ability to lead by example, strong leadership skills, high energy level, sound communication and interpersonal skills and personal adaptability to respond to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. MUST be a United States citizen and WILLING TO RELOCATE WORLDWIDE.
