AAFES Construction Project Manager

We are currently accepting resumes for an Construction Project Manager. Incumbent will be responsible for all aspects of a project to include development of standards, construction documents, drawings, specifications, definitive layouts, cost estimates, value engineering, economic feasibilites/studies, awards for construction and/or renovation of worldwide facilities, with AAFES users and Base/Post personnel. Complies with applicable directives, policies and procedures. Knows and actively supports and implements applicable EEO laws and programs within AAFES. Assumes other related responsibilites as assigned.

Salary $40,738 commensurate with experience.

POSITION LOCATION: Dallas, TX.
QUALIFICATIONS
:
A Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering is required. Two years experience in the next level lower Band level in architecture and /or the design or construction of major projects/structures. Must possess the ability, knowledge and skill to operate/use appropriate systems/software (CADD) hardware. Professional registration is required from any of the 50 states. Assumes other responsibilites as assigned.
