We are accepting resumes for a LAN Computer Specialist in Dallas, TX. The responsibilities range from resolving hardware, software, and communication problems, to ensuring accurate and optimum data processing. Responsibilities also include supervising lower graded LAN specialists. Complies with applicable directives, policies and procedures. Knows, actively supports, and implements applicable EEO laws and programs within AAFES. Assumes other responsibilities as assigned.

POSITION LOCATION: Dallas, Texas
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in computer systems or other related field is highly desirable. Three years experience which provided knowledge of PC systems operations, communication, gateways and LANs required. Two years experience working with NT 4.0 and/or WIN 2000 servers in a large LAN/WAN server environment as a network administrator required. A minimum of one year experience with LAN infrastructure planning is also required. Developing Visual Basic scripts for network administration is highly desired. Microsoft certification on NT/WIN 2000 server is also highly desired. Must qualify for a U.S. Government no fee passport.
