We are seeking college graduates with Bachelor degrees in Business Administration or Management, Marketing, Retail or Consumer Studies for our Retail Management College Trainee (CT) Program and prefer retail experience.
For our Burger King, Popeye's Chicken and other food trainees, we require food experience and prefer an associate's degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Food Service Management, Business Administration or Management.

Other qualifications are willingness to relocate/move anywhere in the
world, outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work long house
in a fast-paced environment. We offer a formal training program with
an in-depth curriculum. Programs provide exposure to management
responsibilities, store/restaurant operations, state-of-the -art systems,
policies, procedures and human resource issues. Formal and
on-the-job training are combined under the guidance of an experienced
coach. We direct hire jobs requiring specialized education or
experience, such as lawyers or computer programmers.
