RETIREMENT
The AAFES Retirement
plan is a Defined Benefit plan. The amount of your pension is
determined by a formula that takes into account three things:
- Your High-3
average compensation
- Your credited
service
- Your Social
Security Benefit
Associates contribute a very small amount, 0.8%, of their salary
towards this plan. Almost all of the cost of the Retirement Plan is
borne by AAFES. |
