LIFE INSURANCE/ACCIDENTAL DEATH, DISMEMBERMENT/SHORT & LONG TERM DISABILITY

We offer the following life insurance programs:
-Basic Life insurance coverage at 2 times annual salary.
-Accidental Death coverage at an additional 2 times annual salary.
-Dismemberment coverage at 1 time annual salary.

We also offer Short/Long Term Disability coverage which pays 66 2/3% of your base salary.  AAFES pays 50 percent toward the cost of the premium.
